What They Do

The Downtown Honolulu Aloha Ambassadors are the most visible part of the BID's Clean & Safe Program. Whether removing litter, assisting visitors, reporting maintenance issues, or helping connect vulnerable individuals with appropriate resources, our Ambassadors are dedicated to making Downtown more welcoming for everyone.

You'll find them on foot and bicycle throughout Downtown, building relationships with property owners, businesses, workers, residents, and visitors every day.
